**Role Overview**:

Each project at Build Built has a Project Quality Plan. We are committed to be creative within spaces, and within our internal processes as well. Aside from upholding our Project Quality Plans, Project Leads will endeavour to continually satisfy our customers, and to ensure Interior Designers and Project Managers are performing at optimum levels.

**Objectives & Responsibilities**:

- to ensure Project Quality Plan
- to ensure an elevated customer experience
- to ensure Interior Designers (ID)s and Project Managers (PM)s are performing
- to ensure PM’s project and site safety
- to ensure punctual handovers of projects by PMs
- to ensure timely project reporting by PMs
- to assist IDs and PMs in problem solving
- to assist with project onboarding when required
- to assist with organisational risk management
- device processes for a better experience: corporate, environmental, process efficiencies, and for a more satisfied customer
- to ensure profitability of projects
- Enforcing the use of Standard Rates and checking quotations before D&B
- Vendor management and meetings, not limited to half a year survey of service standards from PMs & addressing issues w sub-cons
- Quarterly survey of common materials from IDs
- Annual price regulation from sub-cons
- Regulating the procurement of ‘high-risk’ items to allow PMs/IDs explore creativity in design/construction methods
- Administration of CaseTrust policies for projects Preparation
- Submission of Residential: HDB/MCST permits and Commercial: FSSD/MAA Submissions
- Coordination of DR Team’s schedule
