Singapore Creative Technology Ltd Full time

We are looking for a professional Embedded Software Engineer to execute complete embedded software development lifecycle, to create scalable and optimised firmware for Creative’s range of video/audio products. You will design and implement embedded software of video/audio products from requirements to production. You need to design, develop, code, test, debug system software and review code and design. You have to analyse and enhance efficiency, stability and scalability of system resources. You have to support software QA and hardware development, optimise system performance and provide post production support. You are required to interface with hardware design and development and assess third party SDK.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or its equivalent.
- Proficient in C/C++.
- Knowledge of processors such as ARM Cortex, 8051 microcontrollers, PIC32, LPC, STM32 microcontroller.
- Self-motivated, creative, resourceful, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, able to work independent with minimum supervision.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Subversion and Git, and continuous integration tools such as Gerrit, Jenkins.
- Knowledge of various serial protocols such as I2C, UART and audio protocol such as I2S.
- Experience in Linux driver development, Real time operating systems, USB Video/Audio, PC Systems architecture is an added advantage
