JR29927 Resilience Analyst

As a Resilience Analyst, you will be working extensively with all Micron Sites Globally to assist them with Recovery Capabilities. You will need to work with a cross-functional team to understand, provide and implement Recovery solutions for their needs. You will also be directly responsible for Managing DR framework for all the sites globally.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

Governing Disaster Recovery Plans for all sites Globally Conducting Exercises to validate DR plans Preparing and Publishing Metrics to Senior Management Recovery tool administration Participating in Audits & providing required details Assist in Importing and exporting data between tools DR related Incident Management DR Policy & Standard Management Maintenance of DR procedures and Guideline documents Basic Understanding of BCP framework

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
- 4 years of proven experience in Disaster Recovery (Highly Desired)
- Must have basic knowledge on IT systems
- Should have experience working in fast paced environment
- Ability to work with cross functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal, relationship and team building skills.
- Ability to work in team as well as independently

**Advantage If you have**

Experience in ServiceNow Basic knowledge on Incident, Change & Problem Management Participating in Live or Mock DR Exercises CBCI, BCI or DRI Certification Ability to create Runbooks for DR Exercise Experience working in a manufacturing industry
