**Job Description
a. Engineering stage
- Coordinate and attend meeting with architect consultant/ Qualified Person, client and interfacing contractors on the design of architectural works, record and document meeting notes.
- Chair meeting with Architect/ consultant, prepare minutes of meeting
- Support architect consultant/ Qualified Person for Authority submission & Permitting (URA, SCDF, DC, etc).
- Ensure architectural works are designed /carried out according to specifications / drawings.
- Prepare subcontract requisition for architectural works, coordinate with Procurement team in the process of tendering phase
- Ensure timely submission and approval of architectural design drawings and shop drawings
- Participate in BIM model review and coordination
- Coordinate with other disciplines regarding interface item, provide input to layout team
- Review the construction programme and monitor Design Document submission align with Project schedule
- Coordination architectural works and work with the project coordinators in the other disciplines to ensure consistency of architectural, M&E and C&S details for architectural works.

b. Construction stage
- To coordinate, monitor and control Architectural sub-contractors progress and quality of works and ensure that architectural works is aligned with M&E and C&S details.
- To carry out submission to client for materials, shop drawings and method statements etc from the sub-contractor
- To liaise with Consultant in solving technical and detailing issues of Architectural works.
- Attend Project construction coordination meetings
- Identify and resolve all architectural problems that arise on-site. Coordinate with sub-contractor for the problem solving.
- Attend site meeting with Sub-contractor, monitor & supervise site architecture works, liaise with consultants, etc.
- Attend interface coordination meetings and follow up with interface contractors for interfacing architectural works
- Adhere to safety practices in the workplace.
- Support project team on the achievement of TFP, TOP and CSC on time
- Verify and certify payment claims of subcontractors

**Requirements**:

- Possess (five) 5 years’ experience, after tertiary education, in architectural coordination in building projects and industrial projects.
- Diploma or Degree in Architectural / Engineering or equivalent
- Familiar with Authority requirements (URA, BCA, SCDF, LTA, PUB, etc)
- Proficient in MS Office software and Autocad
- Familiar with BIM such Revit, BIM360
- Good communication and organization skills and teamwork spirit
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Full-time based at site office at Tuas during construction stage
