**Role Description**:We are looking for an HR/Admin intern who will be responsible for general administration tasks within an office environment. You will play a primary role in ensuring that all office administrative functions are coordinated to achieve a high level of productivity within the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organising Meetings
- Maintaining DatabasesLiaising with staff and suppliers
- Maintaining procedures and office administrative systems.
- Marking attendance for meetings and taking notes.
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
- Ordering stationery, furniture and pantry items
- Coordinate and participate in office space planning, maintenance and renovations when necessary
- Attention to details
- Supervise cleaning crew and cleanliness of studio space.
- Assisting in planning of company events.
- Assist the culture team with day to day activities
- Liaising with PM and leads for leave approvals
- Maintain office hardware

**Prerequisites**:

- Diploma in Administration or some relevant field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- The ability to work as a part of a team
- We are looking for a minimum of 6 months of commitment
