Ensure the daily good functioning of each refuse collection in the Fleet.
- Ensure the daily cleaning and sanitization of each refuse collection truck and equipment in the fleet.
- Repair malfunctioning vehicular parts, refuse collection compactors and all technical tools, equipment used in operations.
- Trouble shoot and resolve technical issues and liaise with vendors for very complex ones.
- Responsible for managing and keeping account of all operational assets of ALBA WH and ensure fleet availability to meet all requests by scheduling and forecasting operational needs.
- Respond immediately to equipment's/REL/Chassis breakdowns and engage concern service providers and follow up and regular checking the trucks every day before and after operations to make sure for day-to-day operations.
- Maintain professional external relationships that meet company core values such as Government agencies NEA & PUB, CMP Contractors & Insurance Companies. Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all departments such as HR, Finance, CS, Operations, Sales.
- Manage the fleet database, handling accidents claim process with Insurance team and repair agency, LTA inspection, SAC inspection, GWC license renewal.
- Maintain and monitor tyre management, Facility management (Building structure maintenance, plumbing, washing bay, etc.), Bins inventory management, Post chemical management (paints, chemicals, all kind of lubricants such as engine oil, coolant AdBlue, etc.), consumables items and sludge water collection arrangements and monitoring on daily basis.
- Maintain and monitor Fuel Management system. Streamline, monitor fuel purchase system with assistance of Fuel Cards for all vehicles and drivers to tally with diesel consumption report.
- Maintain and monitor Contractor management to ensure ALBA WH assets are good in condition and maintain proper relationships with suppliers to ensure contractual commitments are met and quality of work done by the contractor.
- Ensure strict vehicle, equipment servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime, maintain schedules and compliance to all policies, procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), with recommendations for action and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with different vendors to understand material purchase, sourcing contracts, bidding and to continuously innovate and bring new technologies relevant to the waste collection business.

Pre-requisites:

- Possess a valid class 4 driving licence
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays upon rotation
- Hands-on with ability to handle simple IT tools
