**Responsibilities**:
- Perform the administration functions of the culinary team
- Maintain Documentation system and management of invoices, purchase requisitions, orders etc. sort label and file according to SOP’s.
- Coordinate with suppliers, Central Kitchen, Operations team on culinary administrative components of the organization
- Be the central point of communication for the Culinary team including upcoming events, management information, deadlines, changes to process etc.
- Assist the Corporate Chef and Sous Chef with all administrative tasks including data-entry, filing, following-up, spreadsheets, payments and others.
- Assisting when required with deliveries, performing stock takes and any order taking etc.
**Requirements**:
- Be IT literate, with good competencies of Microsoft Office products, in particularly Excel and Word
- Strong in administrative skills
- F&B knowledge and background is essential
- Prefer a 5-day office work week
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,300.00 per month
