We are looking for a Junior Logistics Engineer to support continuous process improvement, ensure compliance with work standards and participate in process improvement projects to increase QCD performance in operations units and support functions.

**Your role**:

- Support in the optimization of logistic and manufacturing processes to improve quality, productivity and delivery performance under consideration of economic and process stability aspects.
- Coordinates and monitors new operating equipment
- Participate in planning workplaces using appropriate methods
- Analysis of material
- and information flow and related figures to determine root causes and derive measures to improve the KPI’s.
- Supports in the the creation of Standardized Work documents (SWC, OIS, WAS, WBS,..) in the Value Stream Organizations.
- Conducts process analysis and participates in optimization projects in indirect support functions of the organization
- Documentation of processes in the logistics and manufacturing environment.
- Supports in time studies of the process steps for analysis, improvement projects and performance measuring.
- Makes recommendations after consultation, for in-house and external production based on calculated costs and risk.
- Creates and review work plans, flow charts, visual aid and dashboard for logistic and manufacturing activities.
- Oversight the TPM program and support operation unit leader to conduct monthly TPM check.

**What we expect from you**:

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Technical studies with focus on management & engineering.
- Project management skills.
- MS Office (Familar with MS power automate, power BI, Excel VBA would be a plus).
