Client Wealth Executive

The Client Wealth Executive is an integral member of our Wealth Management & Sales team, responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and wealth advisors. This role combines strong administrative and operational skills with a client-centric mindset, ensuring efficient service delivery and contributing to the overall client experience. The Client Wealth Executive assists in the execution of financial plans, sales targets, manages client inquiries, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, directing them to the appropriate advisor or department as needed.
Assist in sales, onboarding new clients, including gathering necessary documentation and facilitating account opening processes.
Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on their portfolios, address service requests, and gather information for reviews.
Coordinate and schedule client meetings, preparing necessary materials and presentations.
Support client retention efforts by proactively identifying service needs and opportunities for enhanced engagement.
Process client transactions accurately and efficiently, including investments, withdrawals, transfers, and other financial activities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring data integrity in CRM and other wealth management systems.
Prepare and generate client reports, statements, and performance summaries.
Assist with regulatory compliance by ensuring all documentation is in order and processes adhere to internal policies and external regulations (e.g., MAS guidelines in Singapore).
Manage administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and expense processing.
Assist wealth advisors in preparing financial analyses, investment proposals, and wealth planning documents.
Conduct basic research on financial products, market trends, and economic developments to support advisor recommendations.
Support the implementation of investment strategies as directed by wealth advisors.
Track and monitor client portfolios, flagging any discrepancies or issues for advisor review.
Collaborate effectively with wealth advisors, other client service teams, operations, compliance, and other internal departments to ensure seamless client service.
Contribute to team projects and initiatives aimed at improving client experience or operational efficiency.
