The role is within the APAC Order to Cash (OTC) team, part of the Warner Media GBS group (Global Business Services), and reports to the OTC Senior Manager. The responsibilities include order management and billing functions for the HBO APAC line of business, to ensure timely and accurate billing for the APAC region. The role will ensure all customer, contract and subscriber data is processed efficiently, accurately and on a timely basis, whilst adhering to all processes and controls in line with company policy. Providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers and collaboration with all teams involved in the OTC process.

**Areas of Responsibility**
- Support the business and finance groups with billing related issues through query resolution, monthly reporting, reconciliation of billing activity
- Assist with DSO and aged debt reduction through effective communication of billing related disputes to the business. Assist and guide the regional credit controllers with the resolution of such issues.
- Assist with set up and approval of contracts for Distribution agreements for the APAC region to ensure correct approval workflow has been followed and billing/revenue compliance with signed agreements.
- Update subscriber and billing information in billing systems to ensure process and accounting accuracy.
- Provide training, guidance and assistance to the business in relation to contract and billing data and management of internal distribution billing system.
- Support the business and GBS on Master Data queries.
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing requested data related to distribution billing and processes.
- System testing, enhancements, implementation.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience within a global organisation
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of billing and financial concepts
- High level of accuracy & attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel and Word
- Experience with Peoplesoft
- Experience working within the media industry

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month
