The Progressive Wage Mark (PW Mark) is an accreditation scheme under the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) that recognises eligible firms that pay progressive wages to lower-wage workers.
The PW Mark Administration Office is a new unit set up by SBF to serve as the public-facing administrative body for the PW Mark, maintain the administrative processes PW Mark certification, and conduct engagement and outreach activities to generate awareness of the PW Mark among the business community.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the PW Mark Administrative Office to achieve deliverables and KPIs set out in accordance with programme objectives.
- Oversee the establishment of the PW Mark Administrative Office
- Onboard new hires to the PW Mark Administrative Office and formalise division of roles within team.
- Monitor and report progress and achievements of PW Mark Administrative Office.
- Cultivate strategic relations with external stakeholders and represent the PW Mark Administrative Office in key meetings and engagements with the business community.
- Manage outreach and engagement strategy and oversee marketing campaign to optimise reach to target audience.
- Work with IT team and external vendor to develop new portal to meet the required functionalities.
**Job Requirements**
- At least 8 years of working experience in Project Management, Customer Engagement or a related field, with 3 years of management experience
- Excellent qualitative, quantitative and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and possess the drive and resourcefulness to come up with meaningful ideas and solutions.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to bring various parties together to achieve results.
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement and outreach as well as digital marketing strategy a plus.
