Engineer Trainee

**Mission**
Turn customer requirements into manufacturing processes and support technical enquiries. Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Quality to deliver quality parts on time.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create/update drawings (AutoCAD) and improve process databases.
- Analyze part designs, optimize for 3D printing, and program WAAM robots (Python/toolpath software).
- Oversee welding operations, manage materials/consumables, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Handle NCRs/8D reports, prepare quality & performance reports, and build Power BI dashboards.
- Support Technical Sales Manager and assist cross-functional teams.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering (or relevant experience).
- 1+ year in manufacturing, preferably Oil & Gas or machining.
- Skills in Python, Fusion 360, AutoCAD, MS Office, Power BI.
- Knowledge of problem-solving tools (NCR, 8D, fishbone, 5Why).
