Role Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Perform medication reviews and interventions to prevent and resolve drug-related problems and promote safe and cost-effective medication use
- Analyze current work processes of our clients and implement initiatives to improve the quality and effectiveness
- Oversee the operation of automated medication packing machines
- Manage the inventory and distribution of medications
- Ensure compliance with regulations set by the Health Sciences Authority of Singapore, including conducting regular audits and providing advice on labelling, storage, and packaging of unit doses.
- Develop and maintain policies for the ordering, distribution, and documentation of drug use.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
At least a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
Preferably holds a valid Pharmacist license with Singapore Pharmacy Council
Experience in pharmacy operations
Self-driven and enjoys challenges
Meticulous and adaptable
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal relationships
