**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for Senior Staff Nurse (Clinical Instructor) to join us to provide high quality patient care.

**Responsibilities**:
The incumbent shall be responsible to:

- Plan, coordinate and provide clinical teaching and supervision to nursing students, trainees and newly recruited staff in a clinical environment
- Work closely with Senior Nurse Manager/Nurse Clinician to identify training needs, allocate assignments and preceptors to students and trainees
- Educate and ensure students and trainees adhere to hospital procedures/guidelines and deliver safe and high quality patient care
- Assist the Nurse Educators in formulating training objectives and lesson contents, maintaining records, tracking of training effectiveness and evaluation of courses

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor or Diploma in Nursing
- Registered Nurse with at least 5 years of work experience in an acute hospital setting
- Able to communicate effectively both orally and written
