We are looking for a Content Strategist & Copywriter to turn complexity into accessible, actionable, and engaging product content that enables users to get the most value out of the Terrascope platform. This role will report into the Experience Design Lead and together with our quickly growing product, design, and customer success teams, you will have a key role in creating and maintaining our knowledge base to drive product engagement, and using words and storytelling to elevate the end-to-end customer experience (CX).

**In this role you will**:

- **Own, develop and evolve the content strategies **to drive product engagement and great customer experience, amongst new and existing customers
- **Partner with Terrascope’s Experience Design Lead **to actively develop content strategy, and copywriting as integrated capability to drive CX outcomes
- **Work cross-functionally **to understand usage patterns, gaps and opportunities, and develop the content system, structure and toolkit needed to deliver on product, design and customer success goals (i.e. information architecture, taxonomy, style guides, versioning and governance model)
- **Craft words that elevate the Terrascope experience **; including technical writing, CX writing and localisation.
- **Be the guardian of our voice **; maintain the Terrascope content library, knowledge base and tone of voice guidelines - from overall vibes, to transparency - and ensure buy in and compliance across teams
- **Be an advocate of the Terrascope platform **;
- stay up-to-date with the competition and category innovations, to inform new ideas to enhance the Terrascope platform
- develop a deep understanding of climate change, and how better corporate practices and innovative climate solutions (such as Terrascope) can make all the difference

**You should have**:

- Native fluency in English is required and Japanese is an added bonus
- Experience in developing and owning content strategies in software-as-a-service environments, ideally in the Enterprise / B2B space, through multi channel engagement, including ‘in-product’
- Experience with UX writing for a complex, technical digital product
- Experience working closely with multi-disciplinary, technical teams
- A diverse portfolio that shows your knack for tackling all sorts of tasks, and for turning complex topics into simple words and engaging content
- Excellent storytelling skills, including concept development and storyboarding
- Ideally you already come with some knowledge of sustainability, ESG, climate change and climate action
