Responsibilities/Main Activities: - Coordinates and manages activities of the order management function in support of company goals - Plan and direct the activities of Renewal Sales Representatives ensuring all staff are motivated to attain predetermined sales targets. - Negotiate major deals within policy guidelines, maintain contact with key clients and identify and steer opportunities for business improvement. - Provide leadership and direction, aligning sales activities with the broader business plan. - Regularly reporting actual performance to budget with variance analyses and revised projections. - Contribute to the setting of maintenance strategies and related maintenance and expense budgets. - Monitor the maintenance revenue, margin and expense performance and initiate corrective action where required. - Understand the client's objectives, buying criteria and decision making processes and forming long term business partnerships in order to leverage revenue from the relationship and promote the organisation as a quality supplier with the aim of achieving "preferred" supplier status. - Administer/design the Renewal Sales Representatives’ sales incentive plan. - Train, mentor, coach, and supervise Inside Renewal Sales Representatives. - Prioritize and allocate resources. - Work with the field sales organization to ensure that representatives are provided adequate support in the field. Qualifications and Experience Required: - 10 years of experience may possess relevant tertiary qualifications. - Possesses advanced knowledge of the company’s procedures and corporate contracting standards. - Negotiates contracts with customers for the company’s offerings. - Ensures team meets sales objectives such as quota and productivity requirements. - Maintains relationships with other business teams to ensure the efficiency of operations. **Essential** - Leads change to improve contracts and processes. - Possesses an expert-level understanding of the business. - Leads contract negotiations. - Leads projects to enhance the effectiveness of the team. - Mentors team members. - Delegates leadership roles in projects to team members. - Possesses an expert-level understanding of contracts, legal issues, and systems. - Understands revenue implications of decisions and processes. - Uses selling techniques to maximize revenues. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proven sales ability including outstanding negotiation skills. - Analytical interpretation and advanced problem-solving abilities. Position Summary/Purpose: Manages the order fulfilment process. Oversees order entry, administration, and shipping processes maintain customer information and monitor maintenance/lease/SaaS contracts or agreements for expiration or renewal for APAC. The holder of this position is responsible for managing individuals that are renewing, up-selling, and closing maintenance, service, and license contracts for an assigned region or account focusing on increasing renewal sales and ensuring contract compliance standards.
