As Inventory Specialist your primary responsibility will be to increase and maintain company profitability by maintaining accurate inventory level and ensure that optimal inventory is present and ready for use.

As Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Input and update inventory movement in internal and external warehouse
- Manage inventory of Hazardous Material in compliance with corporate and regulatory criteria.
- Facilitate usage of slow moving and obsolete inventory.
- Performing cycle count of stocks to ensure accurate clean-up and maintained inventory.
- Perform administrative function such as maintaining department database, prepare routine reports and filing of receiving/outgoing inventory records.
- Records any damage or variance and notify supervisor and/or purchasing personnel.

To be successful in this role you will:

- GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent level of education or demonstrate good related experience.
- Show ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking and highly detail oriented.
- Be good team player and display good communication skills.
- Have ability to work inside or outside in hot temperature.
- Ideally have proficiency in multiple software systems (Outlook, SAP, Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.
