The FP&A Senior Analyst (Medical Devices) will support the overall forecasting, planning and analysis activities for designated stakeholders within RO Business Unit Finance. Responsibilities include:

- Business partnering with senior stakeholders at cluster & regional level
- Business Plan support and analysis
- Data analysis and trend and forecast reporting
- Quarter close and standard reporting

Key responsibilities include:

- Decision Support:

- Prepare ad-hoc reporting & performance analytics work products
- Budgeting, Updates, Standard Reporting/Analytics Execution:

- Deliver balance sheet forecasting work products
- Establish Budget baseline by performing statistical trend analysis
- Deliver standard reporting & performance analytics work products
- Administrative Activities:

- Participate in functional or career development training
- Lead or participate in status or team meetings and provide updates to leadership

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline
- CMA or other financial certifications will be an advantage
- At least 5 years of relevant working exeperience
- Knowledge of general finance/accounting processes.
- Strong influencer, independent thinking and strong planning/prioritization are critical to success.
- Team player who is passionate & hungry for success.
- Experienced professional with strong communication skills who is able to interact with senior management is required.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office is required.
