Training Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Training Coordinator to assist in the daily operations of our Training Department which we run mainly courses related to Workplace Safety & Health (WSH).
The key roles of a Training Coordinator are as follow:
- Verification of attendance and checking of trainee's records / particulars
- Data-entry of training records
- Providing administrative and operational support to trainers
- Monitoring and checking of general training equipment and logistics
- Monitoring and checking of scaffold useability, reliability, condition, safety, etc
- Monitoring and checking of personal protective equipment useability, expiry, safety, reliability, condition, etc
- Monitoring and checking of safety issues when working at height
- Stock-take of training equipment and logistics
- Any other miscellaneous roles
- May also be required to conduct site visits to assist customers in training and safety coordinating needs.
The personnel is expected to have the following qualifications / experiences:
- At least 4 years of experience as a training coordinator
- At least 5 years of experience in safety supervisory of work-at-height activities (with competency in 'Work-at-Height Course for Supervisors')
- At least 10 years of experience in supervisory of metal scaffold erection (with competency in 'Supervision of Metal Scaffold Erector Course')
- At least 10 years of experience as a safety coordinator (with competency in 'Safety Coordinator')
It will be a bonus if the personnel has also attended the following courses:
- Lifting Supervisor Safety Course
- Occupational First Aid
