Founded in 2012, Renew Group is an international multi-industrial conglomerate involved in the R&D, manufacture and distribution of industrial products primarily related to Water filtration, smart connected devices for Water and Energy conservation and medical devices to improve health.

**Designation: Operations Manager (Manufacturing & After Sales)**

**Job Purpose**:

- Responsible for daily operations management of manufacturing, store, finished goods warehouse and servicing area.
- Review, evaluate and establish procedure to meet operational requirements.
- Responsible for planning, coordination, and control of manufacturing processes.
- Develop, maintain, and update production BOM.
- Engage with Product development team in the development cycle to input Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
- Develop and maintain documentations used for manufacturing and Servicing.
- Oversee Service operations including team's responsiveness to service calls and to be responsible for escalated complaints.
**Job Authorities**:

- Responsible for the operation management of the factory.
- Responsible for fulfilling all shipment orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Responsible for all the Finished Goods inventory in the factory.
- Approve new product release to Production.
- Represent Renew Group for running “End of Line Test” and doing final sign off builds.
**Job Duties**:

- Taking charge of all Finished Goods transferred from Production floor.
- Monitor inventory levels for the Finished Goods.
- Complete transactions in Microsoft Navision for all shipment orders.
- Prepare Sales Order upon receipt of Purchase Order from Distributors.
- Prepare shipping document like packing list, pro-forma invoice and generate Delivery
- Order.
- Manage and supervise factory operation.
- Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; enforce FIFO system; recommending improvements.
- Ensure safety regulations are met as well as the security management of the production, warehouse, and servicing area.
- Ensure conformity of work standards and consistencies for all safety and security issues in carrying out operations and security report any discrepancies, deviation of procedures of standard practice and carry out updates on necessary follow ups.
- To manage team of Production Technicians, Service Engineers, and Warehouse personnel to cover the respective territories and help them meet their deliverable.
- Oversee field feedback, coordinate warranty claim, spare parts sales, pre-post installation of machine.
- Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule; monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed; monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs.
- Serve as Project Manager for product transfer.
- Responsible for all phases of product development, including designing concepts, manufacturing transfer and product launch.
- Conduct performance testing for product characterization and design verification and validation.
- Review and process engineering change orders/request from respective design house
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team (PD, Procurement, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affair departments) to coordinate pilot production of new products and accomplish tasks.
- Responsible to source for special equipment / instrument to support new projects use in production.
- Develop and maintain proper job methods, work instructions, drawings and provide guidance and training to production staff.
- Define engineering problems that lead to throughput or quality issues, evaluates cause of problem, implement solutions to stabilize processes, increases production output, improve production yield, reduce production cycle time and cost improvement.
- Lead and document risk assessment to determine potential process failure and preventive action.
- Ensure proper hand over and closure of product transfer.
**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial).
- Experience in a manufacturing facility or environment.
- Experience in warehouse operations.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer knowledge and skills with ERP system.
- Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Self-starter, motivated and goal oriented.
- Good understanding of various QMS standards such as ISO9001, 13485, GMP, etc.
- Internal auditor certified preferred.
**Key requirements**:

- Good team player, problem solving, conflict handling and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in writing procedural documents (e.g., work instructions) for the factories and various performance reports (e.g., monthly yield, dpmo reports with analysis).
