Photonics Engineer

**Job Description:
1. Responsible for the design and development of optical systems and optical instruments. Including lighting light path design, imaging light path design, lens design;
2. Responsible for optical mechanical structure design, optical path installation and adjustment, and tolerance analysis;
3. Proficient in using optical design software Zemax, Code-V, Lighttools, mechanical design software Solidworks, CAD, etc.;
4.Applicants with experience in optical 3D measurement development, such as 3D structured light, spectral confocal, interferometer, and spectrometer development will be given priority.
**Requirements:
1) Education and knowledge: - Master‘s degree or higher in a field related to optical engineering or similar through experience
2) Experience: - At least 2 years of experience as a Photonics Engineer or similar experience through R&D functions - Hands-on experience with microscopic and/or spectroscopic equipment - Domain knowledge of the semiconductor or healthcare & analytical industry
3) Technical competencies and skills: - Expert knowledge of optical systems used in microscopy and spectroscopy - Good knowledge of other technologies that are used in microscopic and spectroscopic equipment (camera technology, software technology, concepts,) - Coding skills (such as Python or Matlab) for test set-ups are a plus.
