**Mission of the Position**:
The primary mission for the Assistant Centre Manager is to actively support and contribute to theoverall success of the Aureus centre under their purview. Working directly with the Centre Manager,the Assistant Centre Manager plays a pivotal role in executing the established sales strategies andsystems. The focus will be on achieving business and revenue growth, elevating customersatisfaction levels, and enhancing employee satisfaction within the assigned centres.
The Assistant Centre Manager drives scalable sales initiatives aligned with divisional goals, fosteringa positive environment through proactive collaboration. Primary responsibilities involve driving salesand event management, overseeing day-to-day operations, executing training programs, andproviding mentorship to staff. Tasked with optimizing strategies to meet and exceed set goals. TheAssistant Centre Manager actively contributes to performance enhancement initiatives, coordinatingevents and marketing campaigns to maximize growth productivity.

**Hiring Criteria**:

- A degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Arts, or a related field is a great starting point.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Experience working with children (2-3 years) is a plus
- A passion for working with young children and helping them grow and develop is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must.

- Some basic knowledge of music theory or experience in music performance (equivalent to Grade 1-3 ABRSM) would be an advantage.Willingness to complete our Training Programme to confidently teach the Aureus Music curriculum to young students.**Perks & Packages**:
