Private Equity Fund Accountant

Singapore- Asset Management- PermanentOur client, a leading global asset manager, is seeking an experienced Private Equity Fund Accountant with 3-7 years’ experience to join their internal fund reporting team.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Involved in various investment support activities such as coordination of legal documentation circulation, monitoring of cash flows from investments and capital activities of private equity & alternatives funds/mandates
- Prepare periodic cash projections and analysis for capital calls and distribution
- Process transactions and funding requirements, including trade inputs and fund expenses and income
- Perform bank reconciliations, accounting reconciliations, review of NAVs and annual reports and liaise with external auditors
- Support the end-to-end of each private transaction and ensure trades are settled timely
- Primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on operational queries
- Coordinate Investor Reporting: partners’ capital accounts, NAV reports, investor reporting requests including assistance to clients on investors’ queries
**Qualifications/ experience required**:
- Good knowledge and understanding of the private equity fund industry.
- Bachelor of Accountancy/Finance or relevant disciplines
- CPA/ ACA required
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to resolve business problems with well-structured analyses
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills are essential.
