We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Intern, Strategic Initiatives.

As part of the CEO Office at GoNetZeroTM, Sembcorp’s decarbonisation business, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the executive office. Your primary responsibilities will involve handling logístical matters, coordinating team events, and supporting smooth internal operations.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while contributing to the success of our growing company.

**Responsibilities**
- Contribute to team-building efforts by assisting in the planning and execution of team events and activities, including venue booking, catering, and necessary equipment setup.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of internal operations and communications.
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up action items as directed by the GoNetZeroTM Chief of Staff.
- Conduct research and gather data to support the development of strategic initiatives and special projects.
- Provide administrative support to the GoNetZeroTM Chief of Staff, including maintaining and updating records, files, and documentation related to internal operations.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing education in a relevant field (Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines).
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint)
- A proactive and self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- A keen interest in operations, project management, and executive support.

This is a full time internship.

Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $1,000.00 per month

Schedule:
