**Key Responsibilities**

As part of the Membership Engagement and Marketing team, you will work closely with all key stakeholders in the following areas:
**Committee Management**
- Organise and manage end-to-end committee meetings
- Prepare meeting minutes on a timely basis
- Support various Special Interest Groups through development and implementation of programmes and events as determined by stakeholders

**Engagement**
- Organise relevant social engagement events that will forge collaboration and add value to members
- Conduct pre and post event evaluations and report on outcomes; take initiatives to implement improvement plans
- Manage, monitor and review programmes as well as initiate, execute and track KPIs of initiatives
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing processes and strategies to continually improve event planning and management outcomes
- Maintain proper and accurate database records and documentation

**Communications & Outreach**
- Develop event/programme communication plans to deliver key messages
- Work with marketing team on marketing materials to promote initiatives, programmes and events
- Assist with creation of social media marketing content and newsletters

**Requirements**:

- Min. diploma in any discipline
- Ideally possess 1-2 years of experience in membership related organisation or have relevant experience in coordinating and managing events and/or programmes
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence in engaging senior management and officers at all levels
- Well organised and possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Possess initiative and collaborative mindset
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage concurrent tasks efficiently
- Possess some marketing experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
