**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement Management**:Oversee and manage the procurement of automotive parts, tools, and supplies. Ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of all necessary inventory.
- **Vendor Relations**:Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts to achieve favorable conditions.
- **Inventory Control**:Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock. Implement inventory management practices to reduce excess stock and avoid shortages.
- **Cost Management**:Develop and implement strategies to reduce procurement costs while maintaining quality standards. Analyze market trends to forecast pricing and supply conditions.
- **Quality Assurance**:Evaluate the quality of purchased products and services. Work closely with the repair team to ensure that all parts meet the required standards.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate records of all purchases, transactions, and supplier interactions. Prepare regular reports on procurement activities and inventory status.
- **Compliance**:Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within the automotive industry.
- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- **Languages**:Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse range of suppliers and team members.
- **Knowledge**:Understanding of automotive parts and repair processes is advantageous. Familiarity with Singapore’s market conditions and regulatory environment is a plus.
- **Personal Attributes**:Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a proactive approach to managing procurement challenges.
