As the Head of Performance Marketing, your primary focus will be on driving global business growth. You will oversee all digital marketing expenditures and work towards achieving key performance indicators, ranging from sessions to transactions. Your role involves setting the vision and roadmap for our performance marketing strategies, guiding internal and agency teams to achieve desired outcomes. - Track record of scaling businesses, achieving exceptional growth rates of 300%, surpassing typical growth rates of 30%.
- Exceptional decision-making skills and the ability to effectively influence stakeholders, driving alignment and achieving desired outcomes.
- Possesses a highly strategic and commercially minded mindset, capable of understanding and aligning with the goals of the tech and product teams.
