**Summary**:
You will be a key member of our beverage team, responsible for curating and crafting an array of premium cocktails, beverages, and providing exemplary customer service. Your role will involve leading the bar team, training junior staff, and ensuring a seamless bar operation to enhance our guests' dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design and execute an innovative and high-quality cocktail menu.- Lead the bar team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior bartenders.- Create and maintain an efficient and organized bar setup.- Ensure consistency in the preparation and presentation of all drinks.- Engage with guests to recommend and take drink orders, providing exceptional service.- Oversee inventory management, order supplies, and monitor stock levels.- Uphold responsible alcohol service guidelines and safety protocols.- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure a harmonious dining experience.- Address guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with professionalism.- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bar area.- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and continuously improve your craft.- Assist in developing and implementing new beverage programs and promotions.- To drive footfall based on current customer connection and actively publicize all promotion.

**Qualifications/ Skills and Abilities**:
- **Minimum a Bartender BTEC Certification Level 3 or its equivalent.**- **Knowledge of wine will be added advantage.**- Extensive bartending experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant.- Proficiency in creating classic and contemporary cocktails.- Strong leadership skills and the ability to train and mentor junior staff.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering top-tier service.- Knowledge of wine and spirits is highly desirable.- TIPS or equivalent certification would be an added advantage.
