**Quality Executive, Clinical Quality Management Unit**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Data Management**
- Collection of Clinical Data and Clinical Indicators
- Verification of Data and Indicators
- Serious Reportable Event Reporting
- Data Tracking and Analysis
- Red Flagging
- Benchmarking with national and international standards
- Reporting to MOH
**Clinical Governance and Effectiveness Standards**
- Plan and facilitate clinical guidelines, SOPs and Forms for the clinical cluster
- Plan and facilitate various Quality Improvement Project
**Clinical Audit**
- Plan, facilitate and conduct clinical audit like Hand Hygiene, Fall Prevention, Medication Safety etc
- Feedback to clinical teams based on audit findings
- Keep track of audits of all clinical departments
**Education and Training**
- Facilitate training and education to the clinical cluster to promote clinical
- Quality and safety and risks management
**Patient Safety Walk**
- Arrange, coordinate and conduct regular walks through the clinical areas to identify risks
**Quality Improvement Projects**
- Identify areas for improvement through red flags in clinical indicators, audits and incident management
- Lead or manage and facilitate quality improvement projects to develop solutions through QI projects
**Incident Review**
- Arrange and coordinate and conduct regular review meetings on incidents, medication errors, unplanned admissions, pressure ulcers and serious reportable events and mortality
- Keep record of all meetings and reviews and report and close the loop with respective HODs and management
**Hospital Quality Assurance committees**
- Arrange and coordinate and conduct regular meetings on infection control, outbreak management, blood transfusion and other clinical quality and patient safety related matters
- Keep Records of all meetings
**Requirements**:
- Min of 5 GCE O Levels
- Basic general nursing certificate or relevant qualification in healthcare
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical setting & experiences in healthcare
- Experience in quality related work is an added advantage
- Ability to conduct lectures, workshops and teaching sessions
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Knowledge in Microsoft Words, Excel and Powerpoint
