**Responsibilities**:
1. Coordinate project management activities

2. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports

3. Monitor project progress according to schedule and report delay, issues, and risks

4. Manage issue list and follow up with corresponding parties to close issue within timeline

5. Manage risk register and work with PM to mitigate the risks

6. Facilitate communications and discussions among different technical parties, record meeting minutes

7. Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests

8. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants

9. Prepare meeting materials for weekly/monthly/ad-hoc reporting to management and key stakeholders

**Requirements**:
1. Proven work experience as a Project Manager or Project Leader role

2. Experience in project management, from conception to delivery

3. Good understanding on SDLC process

4. Solid organization skills, including multi-tasking and time-management

5. Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control

6. Hands-on experience of using Microsoft Project, Excel or other Office 365 tools for project management

7. Possession of technical knowledge on Windows Server, SQL Server, Network, Firewall
