**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, revise and update BIM Models throughout the project life cycle
- Ensure BIM models are modelled with the correct BIM parameters and attributes for BIM assisted quantification, 4-D simulation.
- Develop BIM Model deliverables for construction, documentation and fabrication.
- Produce documentation for record and submission.
- Collaborate with team and other relevant departments to ensure all model are in order as per design requirements.
- Coordinate with other trades to resolve clashes /interfacing issues.
- Interface with peers of other trades to resolve basic modelling issues.
- Support Project Team in managing RFI as well as making presentations with BIM model & other related activities.
- Familiar with LTA submission standards.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or equivalent in Architectural / Civil & Structural/ Electrical & Mechanical
- At least 3 Year(s) of relevant experience in C&S, Reinforcement/ Architectural/ Electrical & Mechanical BIM Models related projects
- Well versed in Revit
- Able to complete models, shop drawings in timely and quality manner

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
