**Roles & Responsibilities**

**RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责**:

- To manage warehouse materials according to the assigned tasks was given by warehouse supervisor, and reports to the warehouse supervisor;
在仓库主管的领导下，根据分配的任务，对各自负责的仓库物资进行管理，并对仓库主管负责报告工作
- Well manage store in order to facilitate the inventory and delivery;
对分管的存货做到堆装整齐，便于清点、发货
- To count stock, check the quality, report to the warehouse supervisor immediately if it is overstock, over compression, shortage of inventory, deterioration, damage and short expiration date, etc;
随时清点存量，检查质量状况，出现超储、积压、脱供、变质、残损、保质期将到等情况时，应及时报告仓库主管人员处理
- To carry out the collection, storage and delivery of materials in accordance with the warehouse SOPs, and cooperate with the financial staff for stock check;
严格按仓储管理制度的有关规章进行物资的收、存、发货工作，配合财务人员的查登账务
- Regularly check stock stacking and safety facilities to prevent accidents and ensure warehouse stock safely and intactly;
定期检查存货的堆装和安全设施，防止事故的发生，保证存货的安全和完整
- Person in charge of the warehouse security, prevent the theft of stock and damage to the warehouse facilities;
负责看守仓库，保证仓库安全，防止发生存货被盗被窃和破坏仓库安全设施行为
- To control external personnel to enter the warehouse without given consent of the supervisor;
未经主管领导同意严格禁止非仓库人员和外来人员入库。
- Any other duties as may be assigned.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS 工作要求**:

- Primary School & above or equivalent

小学以上或同等学历
- Min 1 year of working experience in related field

1年以上相关工作经验
- Ability to understand business objective and priorities

- Ability to communicate within both external and internal team
