Project Manager

Aoliu Technology is a new startup established in Singapore, specialising in advanced flow chemistry synthesis technology with support from National University of Singapore (NUS). It is a technology-driven Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) company. The founder, Wu Jie, is a tenured associate professor in the Department of Chemistry at the National University of Singapore (NUS). He serves as the director of the NUS Chemistry Master's program and obtained his doctoral degree from the Department of Chemistry at Boston University. He conducted his postdoctoral research in the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), under the guidance of renowned scientists Prof. Timothy Jamison and Prof. Alan Hatton, who specializes in continuous flow chemistry. He has previously worked as a senior scientist at Snapdragon Chemistry company and has received honours such as the Dean’s Chair Professor, NUS Young Researcher Award. He has published over 70 papers in internationally renowned journals such as Nature Chemistry, Chem, JACS, and ACIE. His Google Scholar profile boasts more than 4100 citations, with an H-index of 38. The company focuses mainly on flow chemistry and automated synthesis, providing services in pharmaceutical discovery and process development. The company is currently looking to hire a **Project Manager **.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Lead the company's flow chemistry research and development projects, coordinate with partners, and manage the team.

2. Conduct research and complete experimental designs and project development reports based on research tasks.

3. Establish relevant flow chemistry systems and technical platforms.

4. Promptly and accurately obtain and analyze experimental results for specific projects, and provide regular progress reports on projects.

5. Collaborate closely with other team members and research teams, and manage and train relevant personnel.

**4. Salary and Benefits**

1. Basic Salary: Monthly salary of SGD 8,000-10,000 (before taxes).

3. Insurance: The company will arrange various social insurances for you in accordance with Singapore government regulations and based on your specific situation.

4. Stock Options: After a six-month work observation period, if you are selected to join the company's core team, stock options will be negotiable.

5. Year-end Bonus: The company implements a year-end bonus system tied to performance assessment. Your position will use 10% of your basic annual salary as the basis for year-end bonus calculation (Basic annual salary = the aforementioned basic monthly salary before taxes multiplied by 12).

6. Leave: In addition to Singapore's statutory holidays, you are entitled to 14 days of paid annual leave and 7 days of sick leave, calculated proportionally based on the calendar year.

7. Incentive Mechanism: Aoliu Technology aims to go public in 5-6 years. You have a high possibility of becoming a core team member and obtaining shares in the company as part of the original stock allocation.

**5. Probation Period / Contract Duration**

The probation period is 3 months, starting from your date of employment. During the probation period, your salary will be 100% of the approved salary. The initial contract duration is one year, and after mutual agreement, a long-term contract can be signed.
