**Roles & Responsibilities**

The position Senior Investment Analyst will be responsible for supporting and leading critical aspects for the fund's investment evaluation process, such as assessing potential new investment opportunities, analyzing follow-on financing structures, and executing exit strategies for target portfolio companies. Supporting the development of an investment case backed by market and competitive analysis through detailed financial modeling of growth potential and performance for entrepreneurial companies with revenues ranging between US$10M to US$200M is one of the responsibilities. The Analyst will be involved in all aspects of PE investing and portfolio company management as a key member of the Fund's investment team, allowing CAI to advance the impact investing marketplace. The ability to bring passion and creative ideas to the position is essential.

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and evaluate potential new CAI investments in a wide range of target sectors with the

potential to generate attractive returns (above 3X).
- Monitor and manage the pipeline of new potential investments.
- Create detailed financial models and projections to facilitate and support investment decisions.
- Conduct market/sectoral research and competitor analysis
- Create investment cases and business plans to assist with the process of making new investments.
- Conduct due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
- Manage deal documentation, legal review, and financial administration.
- Work with legal counsel, accountants, auditors, and other service providers to manage investments

from beginning to end.
- Collaborate with CAI investment professionals serving on portfolio company boards, as well as

directly with CAI Senior Management Teams, on specific strategic initiatives.
- Assist CAI increase participation and advance the capital markets for impact investing by

participating in industry conferences and relevant events
- Contribute to the research, analysis, report preparation and other matters related to investment

portfolio management on multi-asset classes such as Forex, Commodities, Equities, Fixed Income,

Asset Liability Matching and Fund of Funds.
- Assist in executing trades and orders across the various time zones.

**Requirements**:

- Analytical, creative, problem solver with strong quantitative background.
- At least 5-8 years relevant experience in Investment banking, Fund & Project Investments or Strategic

Corporate Developments.
- Experience in Venture Capital or Private Equity Investing or Management & Project consulting can be

considered
- Experience in Entrepreneurial Environments
- Collaborative thinker and resourceful
- Bachelor’s Degree with strong record of academic achievement.
