You will provide secretariat support to the Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T) Council. You will provide administrative support for the maintenance of records and retrieval of both documents and information required by the P&T Council for meetings and other agenda.

You will plan and design education initiatives with stakeholders and partners. You will liaise and communicate with stakeholders for smooth execution of events and analyse training performance with stakeholders and partners. You will prepare and maintain the programmes in accordance with the agreed curriculum and monitor the expenses for education activities. You will support Group Medical Office in major SingHealth activities/events.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences or related disciplines
- Experience in administration, operations and/or management support is preferred
- Experience in healthcare/data analytics is advantageous
- Good interpersonal, communication and writing skills
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
