Singapore OUTDOOR VENTURE PTE. LTD. Full time

The Brand Associate will assist the Brands Team in customer warranty servicing and administrative duties of the assigned brands.
- Learn product knowledge & understand warranty standard policies of respective brands
- Manage warranty service for assigned brands, working closely with stakeholders across all sales channels, end consumers, repair workshops and brand principals
- Inspect defective items from all channels and process them in accordance to standard company / brand policy
- Liaise with repair workshop on defects, restoration method and conduct quality checks upon completion
- Managing seasonal product samples for display and safekeeping
- Physical housekeeping of defective location, ensure items unsuitable for sale are proposed for disposal
- Prepare and update business reports for team’s analysis
- Support ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Strong in Microsoft office and possess an eye for detail
- Willing to do physical work and manual labour in warehouse environment
- Willing to make visits to do repair workshops, stores and/or other adhoc locations as required
- Able to work individually as well as in a team environment
