**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **1. Team Leadership & Development**_
- Supervise, coach, and motivate staff to ensure outstanding performance and guest satisfaction.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
- Conduct regular training sessions on service etiquette, menu knowledge, and Chinese culinary traditions.
- **2. Operational Excellence**_
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including reservations, seating arrangements, and workflow efficiency.
- Ensure seamless coordination between front-of-house and kitchen teams for timely and flawless service.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- **3. Quality & Compliance**_
- Maintain strict adherence to food quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations, ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels, minimizing waste while ensuring consistent supply availability.
- **4. Guest Experience & Event Coordination**_
- Uphold the restaurant’s reputation by delivering personalized and attentive service.
- Assist in planning and executing private events, banquets, and special functions.
- Gather guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall dining experience.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Experience: 2+ years in restaurant management (Chinese or high-volume dining preferred).
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire a diverse team.
- Customer Focus: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for hospitality.
- Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced setting.
- Language: Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a strong plus.
- Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
