**Responsibilities**:
- Planning, developing and implementing plans which increase sales: Marketing and advertising campaigns for electronic distribution; Special promotion according hotel needs on public channels/ for wholesalers/ for hotel Sales Managers
- Prepare “Demand Period Forecast” (DPF) file.
- Prepare daily forecast report
- Prepare and review group management requested by Sales Managers
- Revise day marker & planning and update in PMS, TARS & ad-mind websites if necessary.
- Analyze and compare business each day of the week, for the same week of the year, from past years, based on holding,to forecast the average rate and occupancy for each day for the future dates, months and years.
- Update Comments, Holidays and Events on those days where there is something worth noting. I.e. large group blocks, public holidays, and special events
- Daily extract “RateView” through TravelClick admin site
- Analyze of the TARS monthly production
- Analyze of the competitors weekly and monthly statistic
- Analyze monthly hotelligence report
- Communication with all departments concerned (Front Office/ Reservation/ Sales Managers/ ) regarding the changes of pricing policy, promotion, waitlist bookings
- Planning to clean up TARS and PMS
- Review and update hotel information on websites
Coordinate and conduct regular Revenue Management / Forecast meetings with the General Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing, Finance, Rooms, and other relevant departments.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Administration, Business, Statistics, Information Technology, Marketing, Finance or a relevant field of work preferred;
- Ability to identify relevant data and use it to draw inferences with reference to impact on hotels revenues;
- Five years revenue management experience required;
- In-depth understanding of tools
- spreadsheets, statistical methods for analyzing data;
- Strong analytical skills.
