Svp / Vp, Workflow / Workbench Programme

**Responsibilities**:
Strategic Programme Governance
- Responsible for building the Workflows and Workbenches programme, including development and implementation of strategy and key metrics, especially with Managing Through Journeys and Employee Journeys
- Develop and continuously optimise governance and operating model of the Workflows and Workbenches Programme
- Manage programme office and cadence with sponsors, key stakeholders and enablers
- Responsible for ensuring programme steering committee meetings, cross function meetings and other key project meetings are effective and achieve objectives in a consistent manner
- Manage key stakeholders and business and technology leads
- Manage and communicate effectively with domain leads at senior level and working level teams
- Track project milestones and deliverables. Implement and track key milestones & relevant KPIs to measure success of programme and journeys

Programme Management
- Develop best in class customer and employee journeys
- Able to partner performance cell/squad leads and Transformation Group Journey Leads to identify opportunities where workflows, widgets and workbenches can be applied to improve customer experience, operational efficiency and employee experience
- Trusted advisor for processes and system enhancements for Managing Through Journeys and Employee Journeys, including building of business case and follow through with the process to get budgets and resources
- Develop efficient working relationship and communicate well with various stakeholders/departments
- Keep management and project sponsors abreast of project developments - set up periodic reviews and prepare relevant documents to communicate progress
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the program, projects and platforms and with other stakeholders if necessary.
- Resolve issues at the project or line level and escalate issues which cannot be resolved in a timely and accurate manner.
- Responsible for managing multiple concurrent high visibility projects using agile methods in a fast-paced environment that may cross multiple business divisions.
- Put in place the appropriate people, process, and tools and coaching members of the team as needed to optimize the efficiency of the project team
- Use of data to drive decisions and outcomes
- Incorporate feedback to deliver valuable, viable, feasible and usable solutions

Change Management
- Work with performance cell/squad lead and Transformation Group Journey Leads to ensure a good change management plan is put in place (engaging stakeholders, communicate on changes before and after, influencing, training, documentation of user guides/manuals, workflows, etc)
- Able to work with stakeholders to drive changes within the organization for projects implementation, including prioritising key deliverables as well as stakeholder support required
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management. Ensure utilization of standards and practices across all projects.
- Systematic analysis of standard operating procedures and drive continuous improvements through project implementation and control towers

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or master's Degree with at least 10 years of experience as business analyst, consultant, project manager, or product owner
- Excellent presentation, analytical, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Self-starter and able to deal with complexity and ambiguity
- Demonstrated interaction and working with all levels of management.
- Preferably to have experiencing implementing large programs using Agile methodology
- Project management and agile certifications (e.g., PMP, scrum master etc) will be a plus.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, JIRA and Confluence
- Some level of technical background preferred to provide highly credible leadership to development teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues
- Ability to provide leadership and guidance to performance cell/squad leads and collaborate with platforms to develop strategies and solutions of high business value
- Able to drive multiple projects at the same time
