**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Instructional Design and Project Management for E-Learning courseware and content development for Schools
- Assist in developing Educational Technology guides for Students.
- Participate in research and exploration of new technologies for Teaching & Learning (T&L) team.
- Liaise with teaching staff on design, development, and delivery of blended learning courses.
- Research and implement new methods of instructional design into the courses
- Design and produce stock images for use in all course development
- Handle the site and theme design work for new course materials (when required)
- Write Scripts for course contents and present (record) the content to record for Asynchronous materials.
- Produce multimedia content including digital audio, video, animation, and graphics from courseware designs and specifications from Learning Designer
- Design and maintain learning resources for online courses. Create/enhance learning contents on e-courseware and online resources
- Capable of editing green screen footage and produce long and short form contents.
- Knowledgeable in creating graphics and animation for lecture contents.
- Good time management in keeping up with deadlines
- To cover other ad-hoc duties as directed by the Head of school and Academic Dean

**Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- Proven experience in instructional design for e-learning courseware and content development.
- Strong experience in using multimedia instructional design software such as Adobe Master Collection Suite, Camtasia Studio, Articulate Storyline/Studio, Panopto.
- Self-motivated and a team player in the development of blended learning courseware.
- IT savvy, good interpersonal skills, meticulous with an eye for detail, and good planning skills.
- Strong editorial and editing skills.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
Bachelor's degree in Multimedia/Instructional Design or related field with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
