The officer is responsible for supporting the brand development, positioning, implementation, marketing and measurement of Brand Health. The officer is required to manage project and campaigns that supports the PA’s overall Brand and Marketing strategy and roll-out.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
The Senior Manager (Brand Strategy)’s role is to support strategic campaigns and initiatives that shapes public communications in line with the PA brand. This includes managing project & campaigns that supports Whole-of-PA Brand Positioning.
The officer will also develop effective communication strategies and approaches to engage stakeholders to further amplify PA’s brand visibility, brand positioning and public mindshare, in support of PA’s brand positioning. Besides Brand positioning and amplification, the role also includes Brand stewardship to create desirable Brand experiences and strengthen brand equity.
Job requirements covers the following areas:
**Projects and Campaigns management**
- Support the development of project / campaigns, which includes developing of project goals, plans and budget.
- Project management which includes establishing and maintaining process for managing project scope and vendors management
- Support the project procurement process and contract management.
- Monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximise deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion and delivery of project milestones.
**Brand Positioning and Brand Custodian**
- Support the development of the PA Brand Story and collaborate on 360 campaigns to achieve organisational outcomes.
- Strengthen the PA Brand Positioning by synergising with both internal and external stakeholders to develop stories to create a strong brand positioning across media channels and annual publication (i.e.PA annual report)
- Optimise branding opportunities for PA, our people, programmes, and messages through engaging with relevant partners.
- Collaborate with creative teams to translate brand objectives in marketing and campaign collaterals that bring value to target audiences and create engagement opportunities with PA.
- Develop brand marketing initiatives and efforts to help PA amplify its brand story and manage execution and Optimisation across channels.
- Develop and operationalise framework to ensure Brand stewardship and image in line with the Brand Corporate Identity.
**Other duties not covered under main responsibilities and duties.**
- Represent Division/PA on internal and external working committees.
- Management of the PA Atrium Gallery
- Cover duties of other officers as needed.
**Knowledge & Skills**
- 5-10 years’ experience in project management with background brand and/or marketing, particularly on Brand marketing
- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary management
- Analytical, meticulous and resourceful with good inter-personal skills
- Good knowledge in Brand and marketing principals, and storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Independent, resourceful and able to work as a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Work well under tight deadline and pressure.
