**Role Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and conduct product audit tests on time, consolidate test data and generate test report.
- Ensure test assignments were conducted safely and efficiently, including system prototyping, measuring instrumentation and conducting testing.
- Plan and arrange for regular maintenance for lab facilities and tools. Follow up with repairing, addition and improvement works.
- Coordinate with factory facility and outside contractors for sub-contract jobs, make sure the work carried out by contractors meet specific requirement, and also ensure contractors are following strictly with Carrier’s safety requirements.
- Maintain regular records and improve procedures for team CX and safety, including safe work procedures, TPMs, risk assessments.
- Comply with company and regulatory ethics and EH&S requirements.
- Comply with company expense approval requirements.
- Actively participate in CX activities.
- Support for company recreation committee activities,

**Role Purpose**:

- Perform Engineering lab day to day operation
- Continuous improvement on Engineering lab procedures
- Maintain a high level lab safety standard

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Recognized degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Diploma holders with good track record will also be considered
- Preferably 3 years of experience in air conditioning or refrigeration industry, fresh graduate is also welcome.
