**Position**: Customer Relations Officer **Salary**: $2,500 - $3,000 + OT **Location**: West **Working Hours / Days**: 8.00AM - 5.30PM (Mon - Fri) / 8.00AM - 12.00PM (Alt Sat Off) **Responsibilities**: Handle calls enquiries and charge wrap up code accordingly. Act as first point of phone contact for customer support requests. Provide best effort technical advice to customer in a timely and professional manner. Assist in special product campaign or promotions. Arrange for airport service, pickup and delivery for customers. Obtain precise customer personal particulars, vehicle registration, and car ownership including raising of change management form which required for amendment and updating of particulars. Check for support agreement and warranty validity per local guideline. Ensure all inbound and outbound calls, including customer compliments and complaints logged in CRM system are defined. Log complete and accurate data within the call logging tool (CRM) and booking appointment for all 3 service centers & ensure mobility service are offered to customers. Provide technical call screening and assign call to the appropriate delivery method (CSA) and payment types. Optimize available workshop capacities by effectively assigning work and cars to each service center. Be effective in use of KSD rate book for booking planning. Provide customer with call number for follow-up and set customer’s expectations on the next steps in the service delivery process. Schedule customers for professional car care services. To ensure daily service level achievement. Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports as and when required. **Requirements**: At least 2 years of working experiences in the customer services or call canter environment.
