DepartmentMarketing- LevelEntry Level- LocationSingaporeThe Marketing team at Shopee is responsible for conceptualising and implementing go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The team covers areas including Campaigns Management, Community, Public Relations, Partnerships, Offline Marketing and Design. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for strategising and implementing go-to-market activities and working with local teams to localise marketing for the specific markets. The Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing for the region. - Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and execute livestream content
- Support team with content development, production, collaborations and shoots
- Plan out livestream content for recurring and stand alone campaigns like 9.9, 11.11, Mooncake Festival Fest, K-beauty Fiesta etc.
- Coordinate across different functions (e.g. marketing, business development, finance) and external parties (e.g. brands, sellers) for content and execution
- Manage, track and allocate budget to maximise livestream performance
- Work with the development team to propose and test new features launched for Shopee Live
- Track, monitor, and understand local and overseas livestream performance through insights and analytics
- Research and analyse livestream trends to provide insights and recommendations
- Prepare reports and provide insights on business trends to internal and external stakeholders
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Good planning, time management and organisational skills
- Team player with can-do attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Strong adaptability with a positive, collaborative and energetic attitude
- Reliable and self-motivated to handle tasks
- Prior experience in livestream/ production is an advantage
- Open to flexible work arrangements depending on campaign and business needs (e.g. for live streams that are scheduled after usual working hours)
