Direct Employer hiring Part Time brand reps ( 1-2 weekends a week)

We are looking for an engaging and knowledgeable Sales Promoter to represent our prestigious haircare collection. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, fostering customer relationships, and conveying the rich history and superior quality that our brand stands for. Your passion for our heritage and expertise in customer service will be key to building lasting connections with our clientele.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Ambassador**: Represent the legacy and craftsmanship of our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- **Customer Engagement**: Provide personalized consultations and product demonstrations that highlight the unique features and benefits of our heritage hair brushes.
- **Sales Excellence**: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying customer needs and offering tailored product recommendations.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products’ history, design, and quality to effectively communicate with customers.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Assist in setting up and maintaining attractive product displays that reflect our brand’s prestige.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer insights and feedback to help refine sales strategies and enhance product offerings.
- **Event Participation**: Represent the brand at trade shows, promotional events, and in-store activations.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Prior experience in sales promotion, retail, or customer service; familiarity with luxury or heritage brands is a plus.
- **Communication**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse clientele.
- **Presentation**: A professional and polished appearance that reflects our brand’s legacy.
- **Customer Focus**: Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships.
- **Passion**: A genuine interest in heritage brands, craftsmanship, and the art of fine haircare.

Pay: $7.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 - 14 per week
