**Responsibilities**
- Support Development Engineers in carrying out projects in areas of Photolithography, Etching, Plating, Solder formation, Backgrinding and New PKG development
- Participate in projects involving feasibility study, packaging design, process optimization, data collection, data analysis, FA/Reliability and troubleshooting

**Skills/Education**
- Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in EEE, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering etc.
- Required to work in cleanroom environment when conducting evaluations and must be able to work in cross-functional teams to make the project a success
- Problem solving skills
- Willingness to learn new ideas
