**What the role is**
- Job Purpose/Job Summary (General Objectives of Job)
- Develop and implement innovative strategies and business initiatives to drive growth opportunities for philanthropy, fundraising and engagement initiatives under Community Chest.
- Plan and drive strategic engagement and partnerships to optimise exposure and growth.
- Develop and implement research projects and analyse market / industry context and data to create sustainable long-term value for Community Chest.
- Develop special and strategic philanthropic product offerings and new and innovative funding instruments

Key Responsibilities and Activities

1. Spearhead central strategies and product development to grow new donors and funds for Community Chest.

2. Assess business potential and develop a data-driven and innovative approach to strengthen philanthropy, fund-raising and engagement.

4. Lead efforts to formulate proposals to showcase new initiatives and product offerings to acquire resources and/or funding to support trial, implementation and eventual roll-out

5. Develop and implement research and insights-based strategies to transform and enhance philanthropy, fund-raising and engagement functions of the Group.

6. Manage research and consultancy partners to effectively leverage insights for formulation of strategies and business initiatives

7. Synergise efforts across the Group, collaborate with internal departments and external partners to strengthen donor acquisition and retention through innovation and new product development.

8. Any other duties as assigned by Group Director and Director that are aligned to the Group’s purposes.

**Experience**:
Minimum 5 years of management experience. General management track record, People-Private-Public sector experience an added advantage
