Cleaner- School

**Contract Period**:

- Contract Base Period : From 1 Feb 2025 to 31 Jan 2026.
- Contract Option : From 1 Feb 2026 to 31 Jan 2027.

**Deployment**:

- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4.30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

**Scope of Works**:
1) Cleaning and tidying of college areas:

- General Office
- HOD Room
- Staff Room
- Meeting Rooms
- Staff Pantries
- Lift Lobby and
- Toilets

2) Hostel:

- To escort contractor (ad-hoc or term) to respective locations for repair and maintenance
- To check for any common area defects
- To carry out gardening works, Eg. water potted plants
- To carry out cleaning works for rooms, including preparing bedlinens for new ad-hoc check-in
- To carry out cleaning works for common area, Eg. wet area, lift lobby, office, meeting room, toilet, empty recycle bins (NEA bluboxes) etc
- To store keep the luggage room, such as bed linens, tools and spare parts for ad-hoc repairs
- General maintenance such as changing of filter for air purifier, maintenance and replacement of vacuum cleaner bags etc

3) Any other duties as assigned by Officer-in-charge

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: $1,500.00 - $1,600.00 per month
