**Position Title: Director, Partner Marketing, APAC**

**Location: Singapore**

**Your role**

The purpose of this role is to lead, develop and execute the Partner Marketing strategy for the APAC region. As the regional leader for Partner Marketing, this person will develop joint GTM programmes and campaigns in collaboration with global & regional partners. This role will have a strong alignment to the global Partner & Alliance teams and work closely with the Regional, Field Marketing and Sales teams across APAC.

The role will manage and develop demand generation programmes and campaigns together with selected partners to elevate Digital Realty’s indirect route to the enterprise market and generate demand. This role will drive the partner marketing budget for all APAC markets to ensure effective ROI from the investment.

This role will also provide guidance and support for partner marketing initiatives in Digital Realty’s joint ventures in APAC.

**What you’ll do**

Develops and executes regional Partner Marketing strategies, content, and programs to drive demand generation. Manages resources effectively to ensure timely execution and achievement of pipeline goals. Plays a critical role in revenue generation by optimizing sales and marketing lead flow and enhancing demand pipeline effectiveness. This high-visibility role involves direct collaboration with senior executives at Digital Realty and strategic partners.

Initially, beginning as a senior, strategic individual contributor working across a matrix structure (with regional span of influence). People management opportunity (direct / matrix) likely to come with channel business growth.
- Own the Partner/ Strategic Alliance marketing strategy for APAC.
- Responsible for achievement of regional demand generation goals for partner marketing.
- Develop/ adapt messaging & value proposition for key partners
- Collaborate with partners and the Global alliance team to create compelling and relevant marketing collateral, including co-branded content, case studies, and whitepapers.
- Develop and execute comprehensive joint marketing strategies in collaboration with defined key partners.
- Define best practice and level of marketing engagement for different types of partners
- Develop best practices for digital partner advertising together with the brand team on various platforms and own the content for strategic alliances on APAC regional web domains.
- Support non priority strategic alliance partners on an ad hoc basis, as resources and budget allow.
- Develop and manage customized integrated campaigns for delivery with top priority partners.
- Deliver & activate enablement tools such as battle cards, FAQs, and sales guides.
- Oversee in-country teams to deliver strategic alliance focused activities and events for customers and prospects.
- Develop & manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partner marketing initiatives. Regularly review & report on campaign performance, gather insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Articulate business benefits of our joint value propositions to our partners and clients
- Responsible for regular and consistent partner marketing communications and content creation.
- Effectively communicate and report on programme status, action items, results, and deliverables to key stakeholders across the business a communications
- Work collaboratively with the Segment and Channels & Alliances teams on partner events, and specific channel marketing tactics and programme execution.
- Provide partner marketing perspective and voice into broader business development teams and global channel & alliances team
- Liaise and agree with in-country marketing leads on budget allocation and approval for strategic Alliance activity.
- Oversee in-country planning, budget allocation and execution for partner marketing activities.
- Establish & execute market development fund (MDF) programme in region

**What you’ll need**
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience, with 10+ years in strategic marketing roles within B2B tech.
- Deep expertise in partner ecosystem marketing, with a strong ability to drive business growth through partnerships.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, particularly in high-tech products and services.
- Demonstrated success in working with sales leaders to drive pipeline and revenue.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, creative problem-solving, and a proactive, action-oriented mindset.
- Motivated self-starter, thriving in complex and rapidly evolving business environments.
- Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset, constantly measuring, testing, learning, and iterating for optimal results.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to engage with leading technology companies, effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.
