The Movement for the Intellectually Disabled of Singapore (MINDS) has been caring for Persons with Intellectual Disabilities (PWIDs) and their families since 1962.

Grounded in the belief that all PWIDs have innate abilities and talents, MINDS is committed to empowering them and enhancing their quality of life, while advocating for greater inclusivity for PWIDs as a nation.

MINDS is today one of the largest charities in Singapore employing more than 850 staff. With the key focus to expand community-based services, improving the employability of PWIDS, strengthening education, and engendering inclusive community living, MINDS offers a holistic range of services and programmes across the PWIDs’ lifespan.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop schedules and programmes to suit client needs
- Manage and supervise the MH operations in pursuance to MINDS and CSS' overall vision and objectives.
- Review programmes to ensure relevance and effectiveness in meeting future needs of clients.
- Implement, review, and evaluate work processes to ensure smooth running of MH operations.
- Set up system to document and track progress of clients, programmes, and services, for purpose of improving and reviewing service quality, and programme outcomes.
- Ensure the programmes in the MH achieve its intended KPIs (in alignment with internal and / or external stakeholders) with high standard of corporate governance.
- Lead, guide, mentor, and supervise the MH staff team.
- Manage the engagement, development, training, and performance appraisal of the MH team
- Provide direction in volunteer management and deployment strategy to meet the objective(s) of MH.
- Connect, consult, and collaborate with relevant MINDS service units and departments to achieve desired outcome for clients and caregivers.
- With the support of Senior Manager to lead the budget planning and execution within the MH, i.e. EOM and OOE.
- Develop and establish professional or social networks with the community to leverage on community resources and volunteers to meet the various needs of the programmes in the MH.
- Connect, consult, and collaborate with relevant community partners, and be a catalyst for action in raising disability awareness and inclusion in the relevant boundary where MH operates.
- Implement, review, and evaluate programme impact on service users, identify and analyse trends and needs in Disability service development. Share and communicate findings in relevant internal and or external platform(s) to ensure relevance in service / sector improvement.
- Manage communications with and feedback from stakeholders

**QUALIFICATIONS**
Degree Holder in relevant field of Disability/Allied Health Professional, preferably with minimum 5 years’ experience in the social service/disability sector.

Relevant Digital Literacy Skills and Certificates

**OTHER INFORMATION**
- Experience in leading a team of more than 5 staff
- Experience in budget management
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal/written communication and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence
- Have genuine interest and open attitude towards understanding and supporting the needs of PwIDs and their caregivers/families
- Demonstrates understanding of and commitment to MINDS’ core values, mission, and vision
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse groups of stakeholders
